Cancellation & Refunds
Due to limited drivers, we request that you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up. This allows us to accept other bookings for our drivers and maintain our excellent quality of service. You may cancel your booking by emailing us at booking@prontorides.com or By Texting us at (512) 580-3779.
If you have to cancel your booking less than 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up, We will have to charge you 20% of the quoted fare.
However, If you cancel LESS than 2 (TWO) Hours before your scheduled pick-up or don't show up when our driver gets to your requested pick-up location, We will charge FULL quoted fare and any fees and surcharges.

Airport Pick-Up
For Airport Pick-Up If your flight is delayed, we will continue to track the status of your flight. If your flight is not delayed for more than 30 minutes from your scheduled arrival time, we will have a car for you. If your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes, your reservation is not guaranteed. Please give us a call, and we will make every effort to re-schedule you at no additional cost.
